About Me

With a Bachelor in Interaction Design, a Master in Computer Science, I spent over 6 years working in a wide mixed range of digital and physical projects, always working to make the best experience using those projects. In all my work, my goal is to design and build with the base of the technology backing project path. My design experiences focuses on working in the whole process, from mockups to into release.

Interaction projects

Fingervalsen

Device that makes something hard but not impossible to complete - a “mean machine”. “Fingervalsen” is a swedish word for when people are typing with only their index finger. The layout of this keyboard, with all the keys on a row alphabetically, is logical in some sense it makes typing slow and difficult.

Cheer Counting shirt

Connecting audiences through electronic textiles using wearable sensors. To make the experience more accessible and lowering the cost of participation by using e-textiles, as smartwatches were not yet ubiquitous in society. Another reason is the make the wearable an accessory that can be connected, and associated to, the specific sport culture.

Arbitrea

Arbitrea is an intrusive game, which demands the player to make important decisions regarding his Kingdom at any time of the day, without prior notice. The game intrudes the player's ordinary life, calls at odd times, blocks other important features such as messaging, calling and cameras on the user's phone such that: Arbitrea decides when it needs to be played, not the player.

Arduino Pokéball

Throw a real-life ball to catch Pokémon in Pokémon Go. A project to showcase the Arduino 101 board, by connecting it to a Android phone, which allowed the board to control the Pokémon GO app. Then the board was put inside a ball case, so when you physically throw the ball, that action is then mimicked within the game, throwing the ingame ball at the pokemon.

Brain Computer Interaction

Accessibility by means of the brain

A study on how to design brain-controlled devices for people with physical disabilities.This project studies how to use a brain-based interface and how to make these interfaces easier to use for all. A prototype of a BCI was developed that was tested on different users both with and without physical disabilities. The prototype was a box which lid could be opened with no physical input from the user.

Brainwave Camera System

Capturing, tagging and visualizing brainwave activities with the Brainwave Camera System. The “Brainwave Camera System” that captures photographic moments during increased attentive brain levels by making use of external brainwave mind kit coupled with a smartphone. As the user walks around the city, the system triggers a camera captures based on a threshold tailored to the user.

Open BCI Headcrab

This study aimed to investigate how the number of Electroencephalography (EEG) sensors affect the data gathered by a brain computer interface (BCI).To test this, a wearable BCI with four EEG sensors (the headcrab) was built.

Brainwave Experience Analysis and Measuring System

Developed a Brainwave Experience Analysis and Measuring System (BEAMS) to show a visualization of EEG signals overlaid onto a video recording that would be synced to the time of the measurements. With testing done in a museum exhibit, to serve as a source of new information for the learner’s brain to react to step-by-step contexts of the measurements.
